Google +1, what was once rumored to be
Google's big social project and later transformed
into a toolbar, is now live and is, well, neither of those two. Instead it's literally a +1 button next to all the searches where you can give props to searches you enjoy. You'll be able to see what your friends +1 and what the public +1's too.
